ポジトロン放出核種で標識された薬剤を用いた検査法です。本院には2001年に医療用サイクロトロンが設置され、2005年からはPET-CT装置が導入されて臨床に応用されています。現在以下の検査が行われています。

  1. 18F-FDG(18F-フルオロデオキシグルコース):腫瘍診断
  2. 13N-anmonia:心筋血流評価
  3. 11C-choline:前立腺癌の診断など
  4. 11C-methionine:脳腫瘍の診断など

FDG PET-CTによるがん検診を行い、がんや血管性病変の早期発見に努めています。

各種シンチグラフィ

骨、心血管系、脳血流、腫瘍、呼吸器、内分泌、腎、消化器等のシンチグラフィやSPECTは、放射線科が検査・読影をしています。心筋血流シンチグラフィは循環器内科と協力して検査を行っています。

内照射療法

甲状腺機能亢進症の患者さんには外来で131Iの内服治療を行い、甲状腺癌の患者さんには131Iを内服後4日間入院して治療を行っています。
