診療・研究紹介

  • 私たちのグループでは、心臓MRIによる心機能、心筋血流、心筋バイアビリティー診断、冠動脈MRA、冠動脈プラークに関する臨床研究を行ってきました。
  • 北米放射線学会(RSNA)や米国心臓病学会(AHA)等で活発に学会発表を行い、RadiologyやJ Am Coll Crdiol等の英文雑誌に論文が掲載されています。主な英文論文はこちら→
  • RSNAでは心臓MRIに関する教育講演(Refresher course)を2002-2004, 2006, 2007, 2011年に行っています。また、2005年~2009年のRSNA Educational Exhibit Committeeのメンバー、2010年からはRSNA Scientific Program Committeeのメンバーなっています。主な海外講演はこちら
  • マルチスライスCTに関しては320列CTによる冠動脈狭窄と心筋血流に総合評価に関する国際共同研究(Core320)をJohns Hopkins大学などと共同で行っています。
  • X線の高速スイッチングか可能なDiscovery CT750HDとモデルベース逐次近似再構成装置(Veo)を用いて、超低線量CTに関する研究に取り組んでいます。
  • 平成23年度には受信コイル内にアナログ・デジタル変換器が内蔵された初のフルデジタル3テスラMRI(Ingenia)が導入され、非造影whole heart coronary MRAや冠動脈プラークMRIに関する最新の研究を実施中です。
  • グループリーダーの佐久間はSociety of Cardiovascular Magnetic ResonanceのBoard of Trustee 8名のひとりとして(2006-2009)、 国際的な心臓MRIの臨床研究と教育啓蒙活動に取り組み、現在はAsian Society of Cardiovascular Imagingの国際関係担当officerとして、日本・アジアにおける心臓MRI多施設共同研究プロジェクトに取り組んでいます。
  • 心臓MR教育センター(医学部附属病院内)とNPO法人心臓MRハンズオンが協力して、心臓MRIに関する実践的なセミナーを開催し、心臓MRIの臨床利用拡大に貢献しています。
